What are the prerequisites?

There are no prerequisites to take our Beginner Handmade Volume Lash course. The Wispy Styling course prerequisite is that you have completed a foundational lash course, as this is an advanced wispy styling course for established artists to upskill.

Do i need to have really steady hands to do lash extensions?

Nope! Our comprehensive training will teach you easy tricks to stabilize your hands. Anyone can learn to lash.

How is the course delivered?

Our courses are delivered in person, as we believe the best way to learn is through hands-on guided training. The courses are 1:1 so you get maximum learning opportunity.

How long does the course take to complete?

The beginner course take 2 days to complete. 9am to 4:30pm, with 1-hour for lunch.

For best results we recommend booking days consecutively.

The Wispy Styling course takes 4 hours.

Will i get a lash kit?

Yes, the beginner course includes a full lash kit with enough supplies to perform 10+ lash clients, meaning you can make back the price of the course!

How do the assessments work?

After you have completed the in-person theory, training and practice you will have the opportunity to apply a set of lash extensions on a live model. This will serve as your final assessment, but don’t worry you will be guided from start to finish!

What are the payment options?

An initial course deposit of $150 is applicable to book a course. Remaining course balance is due the day of the course. You can choose to pay this in cash for a 10% discount or pay via bank transfer.

How will I get my certificate?

You will receive a physical copy of your certificate on the day, after successful completion of the course.

is the course government accredited?

Please note that lash courses are not accredited by the government in Queensland and as such are not permitted to receive HECS Fee Help. However, our course is meticulously designed and taught by industry experts with years of experience. While not government-accredited, our course ensures comprehensive training and equips you with the skills needed to excel in the beauty industry. Students are awarded a ‘certificate of attainment’ stating they have been trained by an advanced lash artist.

can i lash from home?

Absolutely! Please note that if you are going to conduct your lash business at home, you will need to have air-conditioning in the room as temperature is ESSENTIAL for lash glue to work efficiently.

Will I be supported after the course?

Yes, you will have ongoing mentorship after the course is completed for any extra questions you may have.

What if I need additional practice help?

If you feel that you would like extra hands-on guided practice or there is a certain technique or style you can’t seem to master, please get in touch with us to schedule extra training. Training sessions will be tailored to whatever you need (techniques/lash mapping/business advice/etc). Extra training sessions will be priced on an hourly basis.
