By booking a lash course with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in a course. A cooling-off period of 7 days is applicable from date of payment of deposit. After this 7-day period, deposits are non-refundable.

2. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total course fee. Remaining course fee is due in full on day 1 of the course by cash or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to the course start date to be eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to course start date will result in forfeiture of any course fees paid up to that date.

5. Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability.

6. At the course completion, you will receive a certificate of attainment stating you have been trained by Kas at Luxeternal Lashes. Please note that lash courses are not accredited by the government in Queensland and will not be available for HECS Fee Help. However, our course is meticulously designed and taught by industry experts with years of experience. While not government-accredited, our course ensures comprehensive training and equips you with the skills needed to excel in the beauty industry.

7. Once the lash course is completed, refunds are not provided. We invest significant resources in ensuring the highest quality training and support for our students. Your commitment is greatly valued, and we're dedicated to helping you succeed in your lash career journey.

8. Please note that the price of the course remains unchanged for those who booked before any future sales.

9. We are not liable to any personal injury, property damage or theft while on the premises.

10. Students are not permitted to share, re-use or re-sell course content.
